Perm Banned -- Without Warning -- For "threats"

I was permanately banned for telling someone I was going to kick their ass in a PM. No 14 day ban, no warning, just a "your account has been suspended" and the inability to log in with an email telling me I've just been robbed of a hundreds of dollars. This guy added me after a game, and was talking a lot of shit to me calling me garbage and what not, so I began to get angry, and I foolishly told this guy I'd kick his ass. Next day, I'm banned.

My biggest issue with riot is they don't actually care about stopping toxicity, they only care about stopping use of words like "%%%%%%" and "%%%%%%'. Granted, I don't like to be called these words, but I'd rather see someone inting or trolling banned more than someone who calls me these words. And the system is so messed up you can literally say "This guy called me insert homophobic or Racial slur here" and get banned just for saying it. These words carry an instant 14 day ban meanwhile trolling gives, what, a 5 game chat restriction? That was a tangent though, my main point was I was perm banned for having a moment of weakness without even a warning, and it's not like I used these slurs.
