Look at these two screenshots. If calling myself a good player is being toxic then everyone on this game is toxic. Let me give you a run through as to how this game went. Ever since I got the elementalist lux skin i've been camped under my turret every game, so to minimise that I always ward the bushes at the entrance to our jng. Hence the amumu attempt to dive gank me dialogue. Meanwhile bot lane was feeding and the enemy jinx was fed af. I killed her ONCE while defending bot inhib turret then she started shit talking in all chat saying "Lux thinks she's so good" etc etc. So I kept replying with "Yes I am good" coz I'm not gonna just sit down and cry coz some person on the internet called me bad. She proceeded to harrass me the whole entire game and as you can see I kept replying with "yes I am good." This was only an act of defending myself. In the post game lobby she continued to harrass me to no end and I left after reporting and typing in why I'm sending that report. But ofc Riot with their justice decided to punish ME and leave that jinx unpunished. Fair amirite? Bull-SHIT. Tribunal is just a figure to make us THINK we're safe from toxic players. They're the reason this community is so toxic in the first place coz TOXIC PLAYERS DON'T GET PUNISHED. THE VICTIMS WHO DEFEND THEMSELVES DO. I literally had someone tell me to "kys" aka kill yourself last game, and ofc they don't get banned NOT EVEN CHAT RESTRICTED. Why did they tell me to kys? coz while I was in base, my mid laner and the enemy jng were going bot so I pinged mia, danger ping and also typed in chat "mid and jng going bot" but ofc bot feeds mid a triple. Tribunal shouldn't even be up they're just a bunch of fake automated botted bullshit.

NB: IF RITO DECIDES TO TAKE DOWN THIS POST IT ONLY PROVES MY POINT. There is no such thing as justice. It doesn't exist. It's about time we all realise that. If any riot employee decides to reply to this post, I want you to know: I don't care what bullcrap you decide to come up with to defend your reputation coz you honestly don't do shit.

Yes it is that's exactly what I'm talking about. It only encourages toxic players to be more toxic and victims to feel even more powerless.

There was only 2 games on the chat restriction, game 1 was the game I described above where I had a trio on my team and they told me to kys coz they fed my mid after all the warnings etc etc. They also accused me of being gay coz I was playing with a friend so I pretty much spent 20mins of the game saying "yeah we're gay so what? so fuckng what? it's legal now so why the fuck do you care about who i'm in a relationship with? what's it got to do with you? i'm not ashamed of it." I'm not gay but honestly even if I was, nobody has the right to use that as an insult towards anyone. Yeah I'm not afraid to admit what I said I just didn't post the screenies for game 1 coz game 3 is what got me really raged.

It's not a matter of what others were doing. The system checks a reported player's own behavior. As the the Arbiters and some of the others who regularly post responses here point out, it's not "Which player was worst" but rather "did this player commit a violation, yes or no, and how severe/frequent?"

The solution to dealing with toxic players, is not to add another person to the problem, but rather to mute, don't reply back, and report them after the match. Regardless of the reason, you just shouldn't feed that problem. 1 toxic player is annoying enough in a match, we don't need more.

Now, the crux of your question is whether what you said was reportable. This leads us to the problem here, because the the photos you have shown, is only displaying ** Game 3,** and it's obvious there's more above that, because of where the scroll bar is set in those photos. That comes off as dishonest and trying to hide information which doesn't reflect well upon you.

Regarding the displayed game 3 it self, there is still the fact that there is some minor generally obnoxious behavior (constantly arguing with someone), and threatening reports and bans.

you are judged for the history of your behavior, and not just 3 games.

They only show you 3 recently played games that you were validly reported in as example (includes the mild, the toxic, and something in between.)
