RIOT survey results?

I would like to say that I love how Riot are constantly releasing new champs, game modes (super excited for the new one) and skins, however I still can't get over how horrible it to play. I never have fun playing the game even when I win its horrible cause the enemy team just flames in all chat meaning I have to full mute all the moment I get into game which never helps. I just don't know what to do If I tell them not to push past river they do, then die then flame BETTER JUNGLE WINS! If I don't then the same still happens. Im a silver player so I just accept this, but what I don't accept is having a player literally walk around my jungle with a smite because he target banned our top laners champ and the team told him off but it was our job to dodge queue not his.

I don't want to just flame on the forum about how much I hate the report system, but what I want to do is talk about the feedback. If you ask any company they say surveys are the greatest. It shows what we enjoy about the game and what we don't but I have seen no evidence that its taken into account. So please RIOT release the info gathered from ur loyal players its not like theres a shortage of information and ideas. Cause at the end of the day were the people playing the game and I feel there is a lot to be said.
