people who rage while winning

soo i just played a game with a guy who just insta lockes taric jg right... so my team and i gave up hopes of winning so we said yolo i went akali bot for fun. everythings going fine we win lane with no deaths. then when i die for the first time in game i get raged beyond reason by the taric jg who says and i quote "can you stop feeding akali?" "can u get good?" then it gets alot worse during my second death saying "what does death feel like akali?" cause this taric has ks every lane and miraculously survived i tried to ignore him and play the game for fun like it was made for but then while taking drag when he is top lane he flames me in all chat with the same comments from earlier and more then after the game telling me how much of a shitty person i am and that i have no people skills and im a jacka$$ cause i decided to defend myself rather then let some kid talk down to me as a person ... i mean he didnt die once in the game and we were winning all lanes yet he rages at me. what has this community become ive played the game for several years now and most of the people are nice yes people rage but this crap has happened in the late season5 and through out season 6 and reporting does nothing ive literally had people rage and say report me because whats the worst that will happen i get chat restricted? and its true .. idk what to do in this game anymore seeing how every game mode is ranked now a days [slayer-jinx-unamused]
