So i just got unbanned from my 14-day ban which i still think was not needed for toxicity but anyway i just got reported by ONE player now and now it says i have permaban on my account when i called him out for feeding.. which i really don't think is that toxic and he even muted me early on is there anyway to reverse it?

If the behavior in question was toxic, then the ban will absolutely not be lifted. If you think it was in error, you can submit a ticket to Player Support. If you aren't sure, you can post your chat logs for our thoughts. I'd recommend the latter in any case, as it will help let you know if your case has a shot with Player Support. I have a fairly good track record at predicting their responses. :)

Permanent means permanent. That means your account is simply gone. You're never supposed to call out your teammate for anything for it's considered to be negative. You were already on thin ice but you went ahead and harassed your teammate for feeding. I am also sure you've been reported more than once before that game as well because it takes a few reports to trigger a punishment unless you said something against zero-tolerance policy. But in this case, you were negative to your teammate and it seems you do that frequently.

The Djinn already covered the most of this, but I just wanted to point something out;

and he even muted me early on

That a player mutes you is no excuse for you to misbehave. The mute feature is there for players to protect themselves against other player's abuse of chat - not for you to dismiss punishments for your abuse of the chat.
