To OP, as according to the picture, you were intentionally feeding since the Death locations & Tears build(??) pretty much proved it all. The system can still tell between one who intentionally feeds & one who's either inexperienced or net problem.
If your team is toxic, mute them next time.

And report them at the end of the game. This is from someone who had a hard time dealing with toxicity as well. So I do sympathize, but thats the only solution bro. Sooner you get on board the sooner you keep your account 24/7.

How is it I can intent feed 4 games in a row on a smurf and get 0 penalties but i come back after ONE day, have 2 great jungle games where I was nice and supportive of my team being bad. Then have ONE bad game where people got to me get another 2 week ban.

That is the standard punishment for intentional feeding. Chat restrictions aren't exactly an appropriate punishment for non-chat related offenses, and there aren't any other punishment types to give you.

Please be considerate of the other players, even if they don't deserve it. They are real people with their own issues and shouldn't be treated as a punching bag just because the game is anonymous. The punishment after a 14 day ban is a permaban so you're going to have to reform considerably if you want to keep your account.
Like he said, mute and report is your best friend; if you stoop to their level you are just perpetuating the toxic environment, and it'll have negative effects on you and your gameplay every time. If you make a habit of ignoring them I promise you'll enjoy the game more, with the added benefits of more positive reactions from your teammates and a better chance to win.

Yes. Everybody gets flamed at some point. If you got "flamed all game" it's because you refused to mute them. Muting them does not hurt your report against them, but not doing so will be a pain to you (as you are well aware). You have the tools to improve the situation, you just need to use them.

All Riot looks at is a score or sometimes item purchases or skill upgrades. I spent countless hours over around the span of a week compliling information to validate my case that the most aggressive punishment I should have received would be a 5 game chat restriction but it was mostly ignored and trolled.

There is no 5 game chat restriction. Punishment system is set like this
10 games chat restrict 25 games chat restrict 14 days ban permanent ban
And i read those chat logs u posted in links. U were negative and toxic in all of them

Your punishment was issued through manual review of the worse offenders. It did not go through any sort of automated process and was issued entirely through manual human review. I took a second to review the cases myself and agree with their assessment.

There were times where some cases will be reviewed manually instead of the automated response, and yes, there WERE some who's punishment got reverted. You're only saying it's automated because you're pissed & frustrated at the same time for being punished.
If you think your punishment isn't deserved, send a ticket to Riot Support, but be sure to make your ticket comes with a clean & polite message, not as hatred as what I'm reading from your comments here.

This is not true. I was punished and told directly by a Riot employee over the forum that I was banned for intentionally feeding and throwing the game when I uploaded the four games cited as chat logs and its clear as anything you want to make a clear analogy to that I didn't intentionally ruin any games. I never swore on the account once nor had even gotten a warning for having been reported. I would have been frustrated with but could have accepted a 5 game chat resrict. A two week ban tho?
This system is a joke.
PS- my account even somehow managed to trigger a manual review which reveals an evel larger problem that it isn't just the automated system that is broken but the entire punishment process.
PPS- the player who said "I hope you're killed in a mass shooting" in the game before I was banned and then left another game three games after played uninterrupted the entire two weeks that I was banned. He played his most recent game a few hours ago.

To answer your question about Riot, open a ticket but I can assure you they will NOT respond with anything that you will likely want to hear.
You violated the Terms of Use and Summoner's Code, you received the punishment you rightfully deserved I suppose (although I think you should have been permanently banned).
It doesn't matter what others did to you. YOU are responsible for YOUR actions, if you don't have self-control (and clearly you do not) then you will reap the consequences---this applies to all walks of life.
If you get harassed at work and you decide to punch someone in the face or insult them back you will likely get reprimanded or terminated (perhaps more if you resort to physical violence), this is a good opportunity for you to learn to keep your temper under control and the sensibility to take the high-road. If you chose not to then be prepared for the consequences and don't complain about them when they occur.

He's diamond 5, has some good games, but on some draven game where he dies alot he builds 5 or 6 tears. Honestly I think he just builds it at the very end when the game is done for. If you look at his games, he's mainly matched against bronze and silver, which makes me think he's either boosted or bought the account. honestly i wouldn't know, matchmaking is shit.
