A question regarding the hextech crafting system and my past toxicity.

So, I was a real dick head back in the day, like 3-5 months back. I got my chat restriction and also crafting punishment. I served all my punishments and since then I haven't gotten a punishment notification. So why after 5 months am I still screwed on hextech crafting?

Is this permanent? Help me out here guys.

The duration of ineligibility is related to the recency and severity of your penalties, in addition to your current behavior.

You have received a 14-day ban and 2 chat restrictions with the 14-day less than 3 months ago (not just a chat restriction). In order to become eligible again you must show you've changed your behavior for a meaningful period of time in relation to your penalties.
