I went on a one week buisness trip and left my computer behind and my brothers were playing league on it and i come back play 3 games in the day and get a notice that im banned till jan 01 00:00:00 UTC 9001 saying i was using third party software i have $300+ invested in the account idk if my brothers downloaded something or got into something they shouldnt have but i wouldnt do anything to jeopardize my account is there anything i can do to help this who should i speak to
Letting someone else play on your account is also something that can be punished with a perma-ban.
If you're saying that your brother's just used the computer on their own account, you need to talk to them about any programs they may have downloaded on your PC. If Riot detected the program on the computer when you played it's kinda tough luck.
Your fk'd, riot doesn't care. Chances are you will get the defacto "your responsible for your own acct" bs.
