now i won't cry about getting banned maybe i derserve a ban tho i think a perma ban is too much but it dosen't matter what rly pisses me off that i was pissed off by fkn kids to flame others and somehow someway they are fucking clean..a ryze split pushing 24/7 won't group saying nobody helped him in lane so he won't help us in tf (thays only 1 example) or other ppl play nunu mid just bcz he was losing alot of games recently Or others that has 0 lp so they try new metas new champs and it ends up with them mostly feeding knewing they have nothing to lose (no matter what their team mates ll lose) or even others that might feed a kill at 50 mins game just bcz they gotta go and wanna finish game i met all those kind of ppl now what the fuck am i supose to report these ppl ? interinlly feeding ? verbaul abuse / offesive ? none of this is even the right reason they are fucking unreportable in lol not only they don't get banned Also the players that they pushed them to flame gets banned instead And not only that when riot rewards he dosen't give rewards to ppl who got chat resrticiton or anyother toxicity ban while these fuckers gets it whats next make them challengers ?..did riot fucked up that fuckingg hard and i actullay tried to be one of those bitches i started a new account and i played teemo supp 6 games in a row (Plat 5 ranked i climed back easly ^^) i wasn't inetnionally feeding but i was feeding (in a way or another this was on purpose) but riot never knows so nothing happend ...if you think for a second that the ppl that get perma ban leave the game or reform your fucking dreaming they only turn from flamers to bitchess which is much worse and im sure its not banable in LoL and i ll admit i have turned to a bitchh now so im pissing ppl off and doing these new metas everytime i can in rankeds ( 0 lp or ahead 1 game in promo or sometimes im just ready to lose lp) sinnce this is the way they wanna run the fuckingg game be my guest boys... i don't get it why they don't use a perma chat ban i know they don't give a fck about their toxic players or theeir players generally but they give a fuck about their money which is the case in the perma chat ban as it would resuly in :- 1-less ppl quting their game 2-ppl will stay pay them money (alot of ppl stoped paying them cuz they got banned) >>more money riot 3-When you have only 3 messages to use im sure you ll be forced to use them wisly to make good calls etc... so you won't be rly able to flame 4- PPL won't have to make new accounts to start flaming again so you ll probably get less number of toxic players in the game idk why they are not fukcing doing it are they pissing off their players on purpose ? this is a good deal for both sides (btw this account was banned about 7 months ago but i thought i can share...)

Riot essentially had permanent chat bans about a year ago and they simply didn't work.

The biggest reason for this, imo, is because one of Riot's main goal with their Player Behavior systems is reform, and permanent chat restrictions do not encourage reform. Players who have this have absolutely no incentive to reform, because even if they do, the punishment isn't removed. It didn't really matter how they behaved as the chat restriction would stay no matter what. So, they simply didn't change their behavior.

On top of that, when these players ran out of available messages to send, a large majority of them would simply resort to other forms of toxic behavior, like intentionally feeding, in order to vent their frustration. This is why Riot doesn't do permanent chat restrictions, as they simply do accomplish Riot's main goal, reform.

As for permanent bans, Riot does this when they feel that a player has shown no intention of changing their behavior after multiple warnings. As a result, they permanently ban them and want them to take their time and money elsewhere, because they don't want that behavior in their game.

Unfortunately, there's nothing to stop these players from creating new accounts, which sucks, but if they continue to exhibit the same toxic behavior, they tend to be punished again fairly quickly. If they don't, then awesome.

i gave this link to a serval league players (Not you PPl supporting riot from the very first moment i made this thread ) now i don't know why they voted yes its the reform riot/ppl watned but at least they agree on the perma chat ban thing :D
