Instant 14 day ban... No restriction messages whatsoever

I got a 14 day ban when I've never got banned before and no message that if I continue this attitude I will get banned. I'm not saying that I wasn't worth lets say a 7 days ban, but 14? Never lost my shit more that that game. Teammates completely ignoring me from the get go ,giving a 7/0 lead at start team adc disconnecting all the time and being at my promos I completely lost it at some point.(Btw enemy team had 5 ad characters and I was the only one that build armor). These two parts. Riot has a zero tolerance policy in regards to hate speech and calls to self harm (although the latter doesn't apply here). Simply put, that kind of language does not have any place in League. One use will get your account to a 14 day ban from nothing.
