Hi, I played a ranked match and I ended up with 4 other premade as I was queuing solo. They all started arguing and they decided to all report me because I was arguing with them back. Those reports leaded to a permanent account ban. I would like to know if there is any way that I can prove I deserve an unban. Here is the chat log that they've sent me (click on link)

Permanent bans will not be removed unless it was an error, basically. Sometimes you'll get chat logs for a punishment that wasn't for chat offenses because you were also being reported for verbal abuse, which could be the case here.

For more information on your punishment you'll need to submit a Support Ticket.

Permanent bans can only be overturned if the ban was incorrect. They are based on either a number of different games adding up to the ban, which is the most likely case for your ban, or one single game that was exceptionally horrible. The banning system looks at how many games you were reported in, not how many reports you got per game, so please don't even try to use that argument.

If you want actual assistance from the boards you're going to have to post multiple chat logs, otherwise all we can do is guess.

In any case you won't get solutions from the boards, only suggestions and information. If you want to try for a solution, however unlikely it may be, you'll have to make a support ticket.

It will likely take a decline in the game for them to release perma-banned accounts. Wow and other such games have done it before .......but only after they took a major loss of income. Plus, they make money off of perma banned players as they want to get all of their content back anyways on a new acct....not to mention xp/ip boost so they dont have to spend 2-ish months leveling a new acct.

Remember at the end of the day, after its all said and done....its all about the $$$$$$$ for riot's shareholders. 2nd chances( unless you are popular and make riot money) and reforming be damned.

Also, I got 10 game chat restricted and then I just got perma-banned. I taught riot gave more than 1 warning before permabanning ?
