Recently I was permanently banned. Throughout this game I was in discord with 3 other players on the team (IGNS: Veigarbossmid/referred to as trevor, Limirin, and Lord Shekelstein) so remarks in team chat were made as i was told to keep banter out of all chat by a previous employee, but that isn't why i feel the ban was made. I have been playing since season 1, with no history of toxicity and no actions taken until recently. Throughout the game, the enemy talon was flaming and consistently whining about things I and my team did. The statements said, I feel, aren't really that bad to be instantly perma banned. The game was friendly (chat between teams). Please give your thoughts? To be quite honest, this line is probably a large part of it. I understand you were saying this to your friends, but nobody knows that you're talking about your friends. The two random players on your team only saw you saying someone had an autistic sister - they don't know the facts, they don't know the reality, and they certainly didn't sign up to see you saying that about other people.

If the previous support agent only told you to keep it out of all chat, I feel like they maybe worded it poorly - you should ideally keep all banter with friends to either a /whisper or off-site voice chat - and not even say it in team chat unless you're a 5 man premade. That is to prevent others from seeing objectionable or off topic content that you and your friends are discussing. When you bring your off-site discussion into chat, be it team chat or all chat, it becomes subject to Riot's communication guidelines, and while a lot of it was directed at/about/towards your friends, you were still negative in the chat here.

Not ban worthy, probably chat suspend worthy though. Dispute the ban and perhaps they'll give you a chance.
