banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs

So at 8:38pm i try to log in on LEAGUE OF LEGENDS but it said that i was permanently suspended and that they sended me an email. so i want and take a look at the email it said that i used an 3rd party program like what is a 3rd party program... (is it like when i run my music in the background or something) and it also it said "You should be aware that modifying your League of Legends client is against the Terms of Use" i did NOT modify my account in any way shape or form ... i'm not trying to write an essay on this but i'm just very SAD that they did this because i have no idea what i did wrong and that they think i MODIFY my account... like i'm just an 14 year old asian boy that live in canada and love food and plays games and...... but like i see people being rude to people, people leaving games, people crying because they teammate don't think they have skills and wanna kill himself by playing this game, and they don't get permanently suspended

**but yeah that all i have to say if any of you can help me that would be greatly appreciated ** and is there any way to get my account or MONEY back

There's a post on the front page of the boards regarding what programs are and what aren't allowed. Some of these programs have jungle timers or provide other advantages to a player and are therefore regarded as malicious. As for getting your account back the best you can do is submit a support ticket.

Whenever I've had to submit one the response has been generally quick (a day or two) but I've seen them take longer or go unanswered. And as for getting a refund, that is extremely unlikely because if any third party programs were used they have the right to terminate your account.

You have 3 things working against you:

  1. Asian
  2. Canadian
  3. A kid

This fits the third party user demographic.
