So during the game I dominated mid, you could tell the other team was mad because of how far they would chase me to try to kill me(Some chase all the way to my base and note this is a gold skill level, ranked game). They would tunnel vision and my team would kill them. I said gg right before the nexus exploded and after the game I got a warning for verbal abuse. LITERALLY THE ONLY THING I SAID WAS GG. How did i verbally abuse someone, they just reported me because they were mad. Will I get banned?

With the automated system, it will give you a popup when your account receives more reports than normal. This is to encourage people that if they are being toxic, that they would stop. Ultimately if you did nothing wrong, you have nothing to worry about. If all you said was GG, you would be fine. They are probably just reporting out of spite.

No you won't. Riot's system will toss out their report if it doesn't find anything to back the claim up. Just don't do anything wrong and focus on staying calm all the time. People make stupid reports all the time and Riot knows that. There are no cases of people with totally innocent logs getting banned. I've seen some edgy ones where it may be questionable, but so long as you're confident you kept it together there's nothing to worry about.

Same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago. Most likely you won't get in trouble because there's most likely nothing within the chat log to back up their claim. This does happen occasionally but don't let it get to you if you truly did nothing wrong :p
