I was banned because of something I didn't do

I logged into my account after two days of not playing, and it says that I am permanently banned for inappropriate language like it said I had said the N word at least 10 times in each of the two games it had chat logs on it also had several other things in chat logs. If you were able to see my other game chats you would be able to see that I act the opposite way. The perma ban thing said that I had told someone to kys even though I always was angry when anyone says that to anyone else.

Well the unfortunate thing is that if someone else got onto your account and did it you're not going to get unbanned. In the terms of service you're responsible for the security of your account and anything done on the account regardless of whether it was you or not.

Submit a support ticket, if there's evidence that you're telling the truth and you're very lucky someone might help you.

You can try submitting a support ticket. There a small a chance that if your account was actually hacked, Riot will help. If you were sharing your account or let a friend use it, youre out of luck unfortunately.
