I've recently been permanently suspended for being toxic and however at the time I was going through some tough times in life and and I could not control myself when playing league of legends and I am very sorry for this also I have not gotten any emails regarding this however if you are considering to give me 1 last chance I promise I would never break a rule again and always be helpful .

Considering the 2 chat restrictions and 14 day didn't help reform so why would they give you another chance on top of those other chances you had? Not trying to sound rude, but you had a lot of chances to change your attitude. It's like the saying goes you don't truly know what you lost till you lose it!
