Player Behavior

So around when I got to level 30 and was doing my placement matches my friend from irl wanted to play with me. He was in bronze 3 at the time and I had been doing well playing support in my placements. We played 2 games together and I finished up the rest of my placements the next day. Next thing you know he's calling me boosted irl because I got to Silver. He then proceeds to claim that he supposedly "carried" my 2 games with him while my entire team did pretty fine. He's also been annoying me in our private chat by spamming the word "No" when I put in my status "Desperate for a donger skin" I don't wanna unfriend him or block him since I still have hope for him but it's getting stupid. He even insults my favorite champs such as my current main calling them out for taking "no skill to play". Even on the goddamn bus he annoys me by calling me a boosted animal. Just writing this up tilts me but I think it's definitely "wurth" by telling people this. Sincerely,level 7 main...
