3rd time i've encountered this duo in my games... they're still not banned?

How is the system missing this?

It began with one of them playing Rod of Ages + Sunfire Cape Alistar top. He got mad because I took a wave of farm that he wanted, but way before that the game had already gone to shit. My ezreal was 70 cs behind Kaisa and continued to try to 1v1 her. Jungler was the alistars friend so naturally he did nothing but flame with his friend and attempt to gank his friends losing lane. Towards the end, since my name includes the word "trolling" it was instinctual for them to blame me and accuse me of being a troll.. if leaving them to die for stupid plays is trolling then i'm the best there is.

That looks like a private message, am I right? But if you encountered this in game, pre-game, or post-game lobby, then you can use the post-game report. Private messages are opt-in experiences, and Riot doesn't typically action on that type of stuff since you can pretty quickly unfriend them.

This image is fine, but next time, try to block out the whole name.

What is that logic? you can pretty quickly mute them.. but they go after that?

It's an opt-in experience. When you're forced to see their chat, that's a different story. But with private messages, you have a ton of control on whether or not you have to read or speak with them.

Now if there were scam messages or something toxic being said without any prior indication they were toxic that'd be a different story, I think.

yeah.

I used to have toxic in my name. I quickly realized that people were reporting me and blaming me because of it. I switched my name to this in hope of pulling some subliminal messaging on them. I don't think it ever worked, but people don't randomly try to fight with me as much.

Interestingly I made my name the 2 things I hate the most xD I'll have to change it but meh. I know I don't troll in-game at least not in pug games so its not really a problem.

I was just gonna upload it like it was but I forgot you cant put toxic people on blast ( for whatever stupid reason ) so I quickly and lazily blacked out something.
