Riot please Fix Your Banning System..

I recently had a ranked game were a duo on the other team had Que snipped and got our jungler "their friend" to give them free kills, tell them when baron was being done and other info to help them win the game.. reported them and nothing happen. Next game i was jungling in ranked, bot lane gave me a leash and took blue buff. at first i thought it was on accident but then the ADC started dancing and spamming emotes.. they trolled for the rest of the game so i got angry and swore at them. mid and top also reported them at the end of the game due to trolling their lanes too. A few minutes later i got banned for using bad language... to a trolling bot lane who pissed the whole team off and was feeding on purpose. i check the ADC previous game in ranked and they went 0/12 so they are clearly doing this a lot.. yet i get banned for speaking out to them? this has happen to a friend of mine as well.
Also in the MSG from riot it says "players have reviewed your in game chat and have judged it to be extremely offensive"??? the game had just finished 3 minutes ago.. so i don't think it was reviewed by anyone. and seriously offensive? some of the league of legends names that get used are way worse.. i personally don't mind but if people are getting banned for in game chat why not their names too?. Seriously think riot needs to re look at there Reports and banning system because this is happening too often. people are getting 14 day suspensions due to just language but others are aloud to completely ruin the game play and anger the players with no consequence.
