I played a game and i did curse but that was the first time i ever did that. I never got chat restriction or a suspension, i was instant banned from the game for cursing at a troll. If someone that works for Riot can please explain to me why i was perm banned that would be great.

Brutalmore1 votesLog back into your account it will clearly detail why you were banned and with the information pertaining to the reason you were. You likely used language that was racist, told someone to KYS, or something just as worse. I know, I've had plenty of accounts banned.

Does it show a reform card? If so, copy and paste the reform card here so we can analyze it for you.
If there is no reform card, let us know when you are banned till. The year of the ban is a ban code and lets us know why you were banned.

They most likely looked at the case and didn't see this as a "bad day" situation, if you think it's a mistake contact support and ask them to look into it.
