Repeal a chat restriction

In my last game, I got a chat restriction for being negative. Let me tell you about this game that I was reprimanded for... Pregame lobby: ADC immediately says let me guess you are all new or just practicing new champions and are gonna feed because this is normals. I made a joke about this and things were quiet for a while. Get into game: our toplaner has a rough start and is 0-2 at 5 mins. our adc then backs buys boots and just walks all over the map not farming not helping teammates or doing anything just strolling around the map sometimes hanging out in the fountain afking. I asked him why he was trolling and he said "well toplane started 0-2 and my support cant hit a point-blank skill shot so why bother" so the game is essentially 4v5 at this point. Being a 4v5 game we lose all our turrets and enemy team is massively ahead so naturally, I'm trying to get out of the game. was I negative? yes, I was I recognize that anyone in a 4v5 game getting stomped because the enemy team is freely taking every turret bc they have more team members would be. we are talking 15 min into the game all our tier 1 and 2 turrets are down and our ADC is level 2 but I'm supposed to be completely fine with this and not want to forfeit the game. The worst part about all of this is the guy that trolled and afked didn't even get any sort of punishment. So essentially, if I afked dancing in the fountain but didnt say anything instead of playing until my team finally forfeited then I wouldn't have a chat restriction now but bc I was negative begging my team to forfeit a 4v5 game that we were down 10k gold at 15 mins I now have a 10 game chat restriction. This is in no way right or fair to me in the slightest bit.

This is by far the most frustrating game I've ever played, and I beat Cuphead. Riot expects everyone to act like robots and have the same emotions as everyone else, which is obviously impossible. They also have a hidden policy in their terms of service where they can punish you for whatever they deem toxic, no matter what it is. And this policy affects ANY sort of negativity, including calling surrender votes (which is now considered "negative" i guess?) And all the stuff about "99% of the player base is not toxic" is bullshit, using their logic, because in any given game that I play, there are AT LEAST 2 people being toxic.
