Foreigners buying lvl30 accounts and inting
is anyone else having an issue with queing into foreigners who barely know English and throwing just for the sake of throwing or feeding and then afking?

Seriously since season 3 this games gone to all shit you can feed to bronze 5 you'll never banned unless you spam shit in chat to piss off both teams enough.
