is anyone else having an issue with queing into foreigners who barely know English and throwing just for the sake of throwing or feeding and then afking?

Just buy an elo boost since riot doesnt give a fuck about banning people that ruin the game anyways and since everyones boosted thanks to dyanmic que. Seriously since season 3 this games gone to all shit you can feed to bronze 5 you'll never banned unless you spam shit in chat to piss off both teams enough.
