I was permanently banned from the rift today without any prior bans or suspensions. Is there any way I can get it reviewed or reduced or hopefully taken off completely. I have the chat logs saved from the two games that were "Evidence" of the reason for my ban. If anyone can help that would be great! Thanks.
only thing you can do is submit a support ticket asking for a review. and no one goes from no history of punishments to perma banned. sooo there is that too . by all means post chat logs we always love to show you how you were at fault

I forgot to mention that my mid lane and jungle were running it down mid and non stop pinging/yelling at me and my team the entire 30 minutes of slaughter.
You did call vel'koz a stupid fuck and an idiot, which isn't very nice. But if you really have never had any chat restrictions or a 14-day, that's weird. I would send in a support ticket if that's the case.
Really toxic but from what I'm seeing and the chat logs you shared you shouldn't get a perma ban instead you should have gotten a chat restriction.
Or maybe you're not telling us the whole story.
