Opinions on whether these chat logs warrant a 14 day ban?

Please read: I'm not looking for forgiveness, I just want honest opinions here

Hey guys, I'm shamelessly putting my logs here. I got a 14 day and clearly need to reform, but to be honest, I'm extremely scared of a permaban.

The ban was applied literally 5 seconds out of game 2, which leads me to believe this was automated and not done by player support?

I truthfully don't think these warrant a 14 day ban. The most toxic thing I said was "Graves stay the fk out of my lane" to a troll Graves (he went 6/16...I'm sorry it's tilting) and one time "this team fuckin blows"

I never specifically called anyone out. I never used racism, homophobia, or a death threat/"kys" like people are usually banned for.

Please, I hope someone reevaluates this. Also, if it is toxic, explain how? I've seen friends and even popular streamers do WAY worse with 0 punishment. I honestly think I just got mass reported and I got auto banned.

Short version: Yes, it warrants a 14 day ban if you've had a punishment before (chat restrictions for example).

Long version: You're constantly belittling your teammates, arguing with them and constantly expressing a negative attitude towards them. Not only that but your constant belittling leads them to respond to you, which in the long run leads to more arguing from your side resulting in a never ending circle.

The attitude you've shown in the log was a valid reason for them to report you and get you punished.

Riot intentionally put boosted af players, or unranked players in people's promos. Sometimes when it's not even promos. Like legit a few games back I had TWO unranked players, AND a bronze player on my team, while the other team had all high silvers. I'm s2.

I remember in my gold promos I had gold team mates who played like bronzes and died like 5 times in 5 minutes...I am legit confused, like, how are these gold players going 0/10, while a silver player like me has the highest kda in the whole team.

I don't see anything in your chat that should get you a 14 day ban on itself, but I think you've been punished before.

If you're behaving lowkey toxic over a long period of time, you start climbing the ladder. You happened to be on the second step and got a valid report again, and now you're on the third step.

Stop berating your team, stop typing novels in chat, and concentrate on your own performance. Your next punishment, no matter what for, will result in a permaban. Start muting all at the beginning of the match if you have to.

i mean look, you're writing a wall of text throughout the game on the chat and nothing about what you wrote is positive. You're spreading negativity all game long, you really think that's making the game more enjoyable for anyone else?

You had chat restrictions before for a reason, obviously you didn't learn from that, and continue to harass other players. This is your last chance. mute all if you can't control yourself or get perma banned. Seriously, if you do not understand why you got this punishment, you will, 100% , get permabanned. because that means you won't change.

Yeeeah... unfortunately you were harassing your team about their performance. I didn't even read all of it, the first half is enough evidence that Riot needs to show that you don't follow the summoners code.

Eh, it's not horrible but it is decently toxic. That being said, Riot matchmaking is garbage, much like your teammates, and this kind of garbage matchmaking perpetuates toxic behavior. You have to learn to type less bud. I've been in your same bot before, not sure about 14 day game ban but multiple chat bans. Just realize that it may feel good to type your stress out, find another outlet, unless you have no money invested into skins and you don't care if your account gets permed. I have a couple hundred on this account so I am not trying to get a ban.

Any previous punishments? I would only think this would be worth a 14-day ban if you previously had a 25-game chat restriction. If you don't have any previous punishments then yes, you should submit a ticket.

It's toxic in the sense that you were really trying to pull down the morale of your team. You were berating them over and over and giving up telling people to afk.

Just to be sure i'm not trying to be rude, but you did ask for an honest opinion :)

The system works in tiers:

10 game chat restriction 25 game chat restriction 14-day Permaban

After a punishment you move down a tier towards permaban. After a while (~3 months) of not getting punished you move up again.
