PLEASE, HAVE YOUR OWN OPINION AND READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH, Thank you [Only seems lengthy because of Game Chat Log]

Okay, I am sick and tired of this report system. Leading up this moment, I have been given all of the bans, except the Perma. I have been trying REALLY hard to carry myself from S4 to Gold 5 ATLEAST before the Season is over. When KLED came out, which was LITERALLY JUST YESTERDAY!!!! I wrecked with him, carrying myself from S4-S2 in one day and SOON TO BE Silver 1, until 23 hours later. I have been given the Perma because of these three specific games and I will tell you right now that THE INSTANT FEEDBACK SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK! (If you agree with me please, leave a comment on what you think) I have obviously been given the chat restrictions and the 2 week ban, IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS SINCE. I have had a different account that has been banned because of these TROLLS! I will tell you right now, THERE IS NO ONE, I repeat, NO ONE LOOKING OVER YOUR BANS. Even if you are clearly not toxic, if your team is a premade 3 or 4, IF THEY ALL REPORT YOU, YOU WILL GET BANNED. I have made a suggestion to Riot Support about a better justice system for league but they will not listen;

  1. Team mates and Opposing team members who report one or two of other players in the game SHOULD ALSO BE SUBJUGATED TO CHAT AND BEHAVIOR INVESTIGATION as well as being open for disciplinary actions.

(This will take the "I was provoked" argument and a clan gang-reporting on one person out of the picture)

  1. When given disciplinary actions, give the player a REAL PERSON, A HUMAN BEING THAT IS INTERACTING WITH SOMEONE WHO JUST LOSS COUNTLESS HOURS AND MONEY SPENT INTO YOUR GAME! We at least deserve someone who would listen and try to understand the scenario but instead we get an automated response.

  2. BRING BACK THE APPEALS. I am not saying that just so I can save my own account but I am trying to give honestly feedback and constructive criticism to your (RIOT) system. Yes, I understand that you don't want REAL TROLLERS and TOXICS to get their accounts back but people who have genuinely been trolled and ruined by these trash-talking flamers are receiving the short end of the stick because of your lack of empathy towards your consumers who spend time and money into your game.

  3. DO NOT ISOLATE US FROM THE ENTIRE GAME LOG. Riot Support loves to do this. They will remove everyone's chat but yours and I believe that is a Power Move AND is the literal definition of TAKING SOMETHING OUT OF CONTEXT. If you have ever gotten any Behavioral Disciplinary Actions taken upon you, you will know that they only send YOUR texts not the whole game because it makes you chat seem THAT much more toxic but in actuality, chat is separated by time, actions and other people's chat. The context of what you're saying is different.

Now, let me move on into shedding light into these games.

This game was typical, I couldn't be mad because they are just those type of players who can't seem to get the concept idea of communication before getting into the game and then just totally get murdered. This teemo was normally a top (as seen in his match history) BUT he got jungle, I LITERALLY TOLD HIM, in champion select that I can Jungle someone better but I can also do well at top. HE SAYS NOTHING. Absolutely NOTHING. And we get into the game? The results speak for themselves.

This second game was one of those games where my team was a Pre-made 3 and they were all just trying their best to NOT let me get ANY advantage or receive any help from Mid, Jungle or Support. This what I'm talking about. In the beginning on the game, they were already flaming me like crazy (because I wanted to play Kled and I have bad experiences with Evelyn Jungles), as in like, the meaning of TOXIC. Just curse words and crap talking from all 3 of them. As the game progresses, I realize that Evelyn and Morgana were just Kill Stealing me or would just leave me when they can do something to actually try and save my life BUT the responses that I got were "why waste it on you?" Which 50% explains why my score here was just sad. The other 50% is my fault, I was playing really terribly, I just could not focus. It was difficult to maintain my lane while the rest of the team was getting crushed WHILE I was being flamed at.

I am not even going to pretend that this wasn't my fault because it definitely was, I should have known in my head that this is what the outcome will be before the game started. I could have played safer and warded more, I guess even when I was pushed into lane and asked for ganks, pinged multiple times, nothing seem to have worked out as planned. But anyway... skimmed through, didn't bother reading whatever justification you thought you had for being toxic, but you were toxic and got banned because of it. It doesn't matter if you think you were justified in what you said, you broke the terms of use and were punished accordingly.

so you went through all the punishment tiers, you know that on your 14-day ban email (and reform card) that your next punishment is a perma.

2 months is not enough to drop a punishment tier, you'll need 3 months of neutral / positiveness to drop a tier.

during this time, you still continued to constantly exhibited berating negative comments towards your team mates. So the punishment caught up to you and voila, permaban.

Simple formula isn't it?

The funny thing about trying to claim that context validates your actions is that it doesn't. If you shoot someone in the leg because he punched you in the face, you still shot someone in the leg. the fact that he punched you doesn't make your crime any less of a crime. The same principle holds true in chat. If you call someone an asshat because he calls you an asshole, you've still used toxic chat. Context is irrelevant and Riot only uses your own chat logs against you because you are responsible for things you say.

I was like you once. Dude just play your game. Whatever happens just play it. I got my 2 accounts banned because of the toxicity and now I got little older (23y.o) and get more mature and just playing the game. If somebody plays bad its okay he is still a person. Maybe he broke up her lover, maybe he failed his exams, maybe his father is a dick or maybe he is just unskilled. Its okay.... Be a man... and kind...

now i just play and have the motivation I have really 0 afraid of losing because its only a screen called victory or defeat. Every game takes 35-50 minutes from my life and the result is just something on the computer screen. So why break hurts and make the game toxic?

Sorry brother but it was a good decision banning you.

First things first; being reported by an entire pre-made group is the same as being reported once.

Context is also irrelevant. It does not matter what anyone else said or did; you are responsible for controlling your response to others' behavior. Even if someone is throwing insults at you, it's still not acceptable for you to do it back. If you're going to respond to toxic behavior, try to defuse the situation rather than joining in and making it worse. Feel free to report them for their poor behavior, but if you respond in kind you're just opening yourself up to punishment.

The main thing that jumps out at me in these games is that you did WAY too much talking. And the vast majority of it was negative; you spent most of each game building yourself up and putting others down. Concentrate on the game, focus on your own play, offer advice sometimes, but leave everyone else alone if you're not going to be constructive.

If you wanted to climb ranks, you shouldn't have been relentlessly negative to your teammates. That's basic stuff right there.

Riot may have problems, but they pale in comparison to your inability to let minor grievances go without escalating them.

All you do every game is whine, and cry. It doesn't matter who started it, you have a mute button that you refuse to use for some reason, instead just constantly acting like an asshole. You've already had a 2 week ban. I don't understand why it is so hard for some people just to not say anything. If you're looking for an explanation of why you got banned, it is obvious. No one wants to play with that on their team. You never learned from your bans and continue to act like a child, saying "omg he started it". You knew perma bans are a possibility, but instead you felt you had to become a keyboard warrior asshole and get yourself perma banned. All you had to do was not type, and/or mute people and continue on with the game, but for whatever mind boggling reason you felt the need to "fight back" over the god damn internet. You really think your dumb comments actually do anything to these people besides making them want to report you?

You have see what you typed, and then ask- "Would the theoretically most oversensitive person in the World not like/be offended by what I typed?" More often than not the answer would be yes, and that is the criteria which Riot uses to determine if its ban worthy or not.

I basically say nothing in a game compared to you. The most common thing I see, is that you feel you need to comment on everything, and you don't. I feel Riot protects older players from nagging younger players in general. It's not the younger players fault because they're young, it's that they're unaware of how annoying it is to an older person to use the chat that way. I'm not saying young players is bad, just that they view League like a form of Street Fighter and it's very intense, while some older more experienced MOBA players are calm and view it like a strategic game of chess. Even take streamers for example- compared to YouTube videos of League, they barely even get excited when they get a Pentakill. League is a fun game, but it's 4srs.

You're toxic, defeatist, and blame everyone else for your own failures.

"I got camped" is almost never a valid excuse. It just means you didn't play safely enough or that the enemy team is so far ahead they can afford to destroy your other lanes without the help of the jungler.

If that's the case, then the blame does lie with the rest of your team, since you were obviously being camped so hard that you were zoned off farm, fed kills over to your lane opponent/jungler/enemy whatever, and they should have pressed an advantage elsewhere on the map.

Okay, To everyone that actually read the whole thing through and try to see it from my perspective, Thank you. For everyone that replied and is STILL replying, thank you.

But to those, who just instantly, criticize to out of no where, please your shit is not needed. Like I said in the beginning of the post to READ IT THROUGH AND THEN make an opinion about it. So to those who just want to talk shit, who know nothing about the situation, you are literally part of the problem.

  1. I did not post this Game Log to seek empathy, boohoo or have someone just back me up about my banning or to even get my account back, as I specifically mentioned in the post. I wanted to do this to see the reactions and to see some actual human perspective about the Judicial System of League from the League Community themselves. So those guys who are here to talk shit, get lost.

  2. This is just MY game log, no one else is being put out there but me. I'm not trying to justify my means of toxicity and to those who believe that right off the bat, you are also part of the problem. To point out that MY level of speech is nothing compared to the ones in my team is NOT justifying anything, it is simply stating a fact. It's not even just about me, it's about the system as a whole.
