Do We get ban when change the locale.cfg on oce ?

I'm thinking about change the voice and the language by using the code on locale.cfg file but i dont know will i get ban or not

No, but idk if that works anymore with the new client. I tried to see if it still would and it caused my client to crash and need repaired.
