Perma Banned For Cheating

hello riot i received a 2 week ban for toxicity but around 12 days into my 2 week ban i received a note saying i was perma banned for cheating. The only thing i think i have that could be even close to cheating is Hi algo boost. (Hi algo boost lowers your resolution to make the game less laggy(fps wise). I love playing this game and it is a way for me and my brother to enjoy something together.
