Anyone got perma banned over little things? I got suspended for 14 days because i was defending myself against these hardstuck diamond players who need to brag about their rank and how "better they are than I am". I understand if youre better than me because you played more than I do but if you can't climb over your last season rank then youre no better than i am. I honestly didn't know defending yourself from these ignorant players would get you suspended because you didn't "mute them". Wow, I didn't know riot would side with the toxic player instead of the victim. Isn't that the point? Anyway i got perma banned because i was "flamming" or being "toxic" to my team mates? Bitch where. All i said was, in a playful non toxic manner was "lmao u just inted". It wasn't no big deal it was a normal game. I was just joking. I was just chilling. I dont understand why or who would get triggered over the word "inted". I remember clearly kassadin and ashe would say im a retard and other insults. Shouldn't they get punished as well and not me? We literally just discussed about the word "int" and "feeding". i admit I said some insults but it wasn't even dat big of a deal. I really dont understand how that would make me get perma banned. I dont know who is right or wrong. I'm not asking for my account back but if i get perma banned for no reason then i should get it back. What do you guys think? Am I right or wrong? Have you guys get banned for no reason?

BACKGROUND INFO EDIT: When I first started playing LoL I was very toxic and would insult players that would trying their best to win the game or trying to learn how to play. I understand if I get perma banned for it because I was being very toxic. And i'm very sorry to those players who were trying to learn how to play and trying to win. After playing more than a month I started getting matured and would carry my team to victory. I would get a nice messages and keys for my sportmanship. My level 4 honor can prove my point. And achieving Gold 5 already proves I was reformed. But getting harrassed by higher rank in multiple times can create frustration in my games. I got all my rewards taken and chat restricted. Maybe I am to blame because I shoulda mute them and not create things any worse. But idk getting perma banned feels kinda good? Maybe I should be crying for my account to be un banned. But it like a nice experience i guess? Maybe I experienced perma bans for the first time and I could learn something from it. But is this how it going to end? I hope not. But maybe I could restart and climb back to the top like Tyler1? Who knows maybe this will get me started to a new path.

ANOTHER EDIT: Oh btw i forgot to mention but everytime when i report someone i dont get any messages of them being looking at it. Like when i get reported i deserve a punishment? so when i report someone they dont get anything? like i dont understand with riot sometimes.

Here's the thing about having a recent 14 day suspension. You are on very thin ice. And your Reform Card told you that. It told you that any further rule breaking would result in the loss of your account. So when you're in that kind of situation, it's a very bad idea to come into a game, call your teammates idiots, garbage, embarrassing, mock them for "trying to sound smart," say they are acting like they have lost brain cells, and you should certainly never call them or their actions retarded. That's hate speech, as it's a slur against mental disabilities. I can tell you, from reading your logs, it certainly doesn't sound like much in here is "playful and non-toxic" like you said.

PUNISHMENTS GENERALLY FOLLOW A BASIC ESCALATION PATH:

  • First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction
  • Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction
  • Third Offense: Two Week Suspension
  • Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension

However, it is possible to skip to a Two Week or Permanent suspension based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account.

The way the punishment system works, it looks at the logs, and judges "do these deserve a punishment?" If the answer is yes, the player is given the next punishment in order. For you, who had just come off a 14 day suspension, the next one is a permaban.

Should you get ANY type of ban from this? IMO, no...unless you've done some bad stuff in the past and were basically told to not say a single bad thing. This is stuff is honestly no big deal and minor banter.

unfortunately this circumstance is pretty common. Riot likely never saw it or will see it, they lack a bit in the caring department as it doesn't involved checks with a lot of 0's heading in their direction. If i had to take an educated guess, it was a specific trigger word that got you banned in this log as the banning is done by a bot.

If this was season 1-3 you wouldn't have been banned, but IFS hits people hard for minor negative behavior after the first offense in 3-6 months, much less your 4th offense, and you really drop it hard that match.

For those who want advice on how to not be toxic I recommend either muting all and disabling all chat or just use /n or /notes and if you feel like you still want to send that message to your team than do so and at the end of the week, find the MyNotes.txt file and review for yourself what you said, you can easily identify what you should correct by doing this, and by using /n first you are less likely to want to repeat whatever toxic thing you just said.
