Perma Banned as my first punishment ever

So i was playing recently and I will not lie I was insanely toxic for like 3 games straight. I know everyone here can relate ur just about to make it out of ur division and then 5 games in a row you get trolled or just crushed by the enemy team. Well anyway after the last one I get a mesg saying basically im a horrible person (lol) and my account has been PERMENTALY suspended, now I could see this IF I had been banned at all previously ... but I have not this is the first time I'm getting punished other than a 5 game chat restriction and now im just permbanned? How is this fair no warning no 2 -3 day ban no 1-2 week ban NOT EVEN A YEAR BAN just nope just " ur $2000 you spent on our game and 4 years of your time playing mean nothing have a nice day" -Riot games Come on now I have friends who are 10x as toxic as I am and I'm not even consistant with it I was having a bad day and lashed out I do not deserve to be perma banned I can understand a few weeks but perma? jesus.... So does anyone think this is fair first time being punished and slapped with a perma ban this is something I would expect to happen in Dofus or Runescape not League of the Legends

The chat restriction you got was a warning.

I've read your chat logs, and have a hard time believing you have friends who are 10x as toxic and haven't been punished. But, feel free to post your chat logs if you'd like to have an open discussion.

Players who are EXTREMELY toxic can completely skip punishment tiers.

It's a 4 tiered ban system two chat restrictions and two game time bans. You already had the first tier happen in the past then you said you were "insanely toxic for like 3 games straight" so it skipped the next two tiers and went to permaban.

People are toxic, they get bans and the strike system. You were exceptionally toxic, so you went to Strike 4 near immediately. You deserve it for flaming and being toxic. No "my friends are more toxic" excuses- I hear that shit all the time.

They only skip the strike system for what they deem to be "exceptional" cases. Typically this is when a person uses racial or homophobic slurs, makes death threats or engages in excessive cyber bullying (i.e. repeatedly telling someone they should kill themselves.) Since you're ashamed to post you logs I'm guessing one of those was involved. As a consolation every single permanent ban is reviewed by a Riot employee so you were not permanent banned by an automated system, someone actually took the time to read through your chat logs and deemed your behavior warranted immediate and severe punishment. You can try to appeal if you want with a support ticket but those rarely result in bans being overturned.

Is there a way you can post your chat from the game? I read that if it is severe enough a situation it skips lower punishments and goes strait to harsher ones.

Money put into the game does not guarantee immunity from Bans, and there is always a sequence to bans given

How the hell did you spend 2000 in League lier, with 2000 you buy 2 times all champions/skins and icons noone would ever be so dumb to do this in a free to play chinese minigame that is not even on steam

Honestly if you want more people to discuss this with you then you need to go ahead and just post your Reform Card here. Since you haven't done so yet, it gives the impression that you know the kind of behavior that got you in trouble but don't want anyone else to know about it. If you game on ranked and where toxic then you knew this was coming, ragers are not spouse to be given a 2nd chance, you have your opportunity to be a better summoner but you let toxicity convinced you....

another one kicked out of the league. still this dose not solve the problem i keep having for more than 3 years now the hate againts the unranked and the bronze.

People massive reporting us cause we suck in the game, discrimination of pros againts us cause our elo sucks, Ragers spreading false rumors to a player who plays bad in the game.

This is the real situation and don't you dare say this is not something you do cause admit it you ragers are all of the same.

Thx for all the comments guys, League is in the tank. The balance system fails, the community is all ragers because the game itself is rage inducing and you can have all ur progress lost with one ban. SCREW RIOT SCREW LEAGUE Ima go find a game that hasnt been watered down for profit.

No no no I realise I deserve to be bent over ritos knee for it but jesus if my son steals a cookie I dont shoot him in the foot I pop his hand and hoenstly I dont wanna post the logs I'm genuinely ashamed of myself.
