context: Amumu jungle that literally never grouped throughout a 30 minute game despite the entire team asking him to, entire team agreed that he was being unreasonable..

I left out game 1 because I called the tribunal "power trippers" so I'll hold that L (no regrets). Regardless it's absolutely ridiculous that games 2 and 3 were enough to restrict my chat. NOT OK!

9 reports does not mean anything, the system reviews them the same way if they have 1 report as it will review them if they have 9 reports. You should stop trying to ask people to report someone. If you think their behavior is punishable then you should report them yourself.

Calling for people to report someone leads to that person feeling ganged up on. It's harassment and definitely punishable. So don't do that.

Wielding reports as a weapon to bully your teammates is against the rules. Even with the conspicuous absence of the first game from the logs you've shared with us, I'm totally on board with your chat restriction.

The Tribunal has been shut down for literally more than three years, so I dunno what the fuck you think calling them "power trippers" is supposed to matter.

Thanks for ganging up on me, I DID mute the Amumu so what are you talking about? I was talking to my ADC after the fact who was telling the Amumu to quit being toxic.. I was telling him to mute him as well. Don't just assume the worst of me.

I'm half-and-half on whether I want to call this light flame or shit-talk, but I'm gonna err on light flame since you claimed to mute, and seem to have not followed through. If you're going to report someone in post-game, just do it. You don't need to threaten players with reports, and doing so really isn't going to do anything to hold them back from being toxic.

Also, while I am normally an advocate for telling players you're muting them, there is a caveat: You actually have to do it. If you claim you'll mute someone and then don't do it, you're just setting yourself up for a whole mess of bullshit. I won't say that saying you're muting and then not doing it justifies a report, but it certainly could have led to this match being validated as a mark against your name.

The latter half of your third chat log is quite literally full of negativity, and almost entirely composed of you harassing Amumu. Calling for reports is extremely unnecessary, and you saying "Amumu is toxic and trolling" isn't going to magically make him play better.

Also, while I would have liked to give you the benefit of the doubt for this match in regards to you muting Amumu...No. You very clearly started directing chat to him, so I think you either didn't mute, or at some point chose to unmute them.

Context: Again, doesn't matter, but even if it did, context wouldn't justify this chat, at all.

All-in-all, this chat is certainly enough to warrant a chat restriction. You're displaying negative behavior across multiple games, and Riot does not want that. Riot doesn't want to have other players suffer your negativity, so they've given you a chat restriction. You should probably learn from this, elsewise you'll face more punishments down the line for exactly this behavior - including bans.
