Wait why im a banned?
I just tried logging on and it said player banned this account has been permanently suspended. But what did I do? I checked my email and nothing showed up??? can someone explain to me whats happening please help....

I think there should be a reason in there, chat logs and the like. Check your email too.
Try submitting a ticket to player support. It might be a security suspension. Meaning they just want to make sure no one is trying to use your account.

Can you post a screen shot of your ban notice? You might have missed a minor thing that might clarify what happened.
