Friend banned for no reason hope riot can give an actual reason.

So my friend (pxtrova ) was just recently banned for "scripting,hacks,other programs" . i played with her almost every game and i dont see any signs of herscripting (i tried to link her replay.gg here but she wasnt registered LOL hope riot puts more time into it and watch actual replays of her playing to see if shes actually "hacking". I helped her asking riot why she was banned and the proof of it, but they kepting telling me she was CLEARLY HACKING with no evidence given.She told me that she uses her brothers computer to play league (gmikes , i believe) but he wasnt banned or anything so it was definitely not 3rd party program. i just hope that riot can put more time into it and help my friend get her account back, im 100% sure that shes not hacking or anything, if riot puts more time into it they could ask the opponents she had played against too see if she was scripting, because PERMA BAN IS A BIG DEAL.

this is not a post complaining about being banned, im actually trying to help her out because there is no way that she is scripting i just hope that riot can look into it a couple more times because permanent ban isnt a joke

If they've already submitted a ticket, the review has been done. Bumping this post every few minutes isn't going to help anyone.

You got a completely human response, no automated stuff here. They went in and actually read the report and approved the assessment. Sorry but she's not getting the account back. I would also advise she remove the software so it doesn't get her brother banned as well.

Honestly, I have seen a lot of scripters lately, just because you provide video proof or image proof doesn't mean she isn't scripting. I mean no offense, but she still could be scripting when you aren't around or telling you she isn't but actually is with a different set of scripts. I've mainly detected scripters play Snare based champions, like Lux or Morgana as they have rather over-sized hit boxes on their Qs and makes it easier for scripters to see where to shoot it for the most easiest snare. This isn't the only issue going around though, if you play Blind Pick(Could happen in Draft) sometimes people are getting through on enemy teams against friends that end up on your team and they end up assisting them through voice software like Skype. If you play Co-Op Vs. Ai THERE IS AND I MEAN A TON OF Bots on your team, there is at least 1 bot on ur team every game, or every other games, the worst case scenario was 4 on my team and this is FOR NEW PLAYERS JUST STARTING. Riot has a lot of problems to address, they will not assess this one after it's been judged. Sorry.
