can we just remove the chat from the game? It would fix all of the harassment and toxicity problems. We have everything we need to properly communicate with the team. I just hate looking at chat and seeing everyone bashing at each other. Maybe only have a chat when playing with friends.
I am going to say what everyone else would say to this. It does sometimes allow people to give advice or tell people a strategy while in game. It is the price we pay.
Agree. As long as there is reporting system, riot needs to delete the chat option to decrease victims.
That would definitely be throwing the baby out with the bath water. Anyone who wants to see chat removed can mute everyone themselves. It seems pretty silly to me to try and remove it for everyone.
Being unable to communicate in a team based game would lead to just as many problems. It is pretty easy to mute eveyone at teh start of the game though.
