is there a way i can appeal my 15 days ban because i really regret being a stupid dick,asshole and a salty toxic bech.

Unfortunately, not unless you think the ban was in error. Bans that are correctly applied are not overturned.
Learn from this punishment, try to avoid toxic behavior in the future. It wouldn't be much of a punishment if they overturned it just because you asked, now would It?
Remember, you'll be on extremely thin ice after the ban, your next infraction will lead to a perma.
A little piece of advice: If you can't help using the chat to vent your frustrations, why not just drag It all the way off the screen so you can't see It? It will probably help you focus on the game and play better.
