Leave buster for leaving 1/2 games?

I got my first leave buster because I got to loading screen but had to leave, the game didn't even go past 2 minutes. Then, at least 30 games after, I left at 15 minutes because I rage quit. Now I'm at 10 minutes. Both of these games were Normal Draft. I almost never dodge, and sometimes I decline queue because I'm not paying attention.

Does the time ever reset? And, I thought it occurred after multiple leaves? Any advice?

I understand that the game is hard sometimes, but when you "ragequit" it makes the game that much harder for your team mates. Try to keep a cool head next time, you may have been able to turn it around!

Leaving once every 30 games is an incredibly high rate of leaving.

The exact numbers aren't known. But we have a decent guess.

Any more than 1 leave per 10 games is in danger of getting a 14 day or permanent ban. Any more than 1 leave per 150 games will get escalating LPQ, up to 20 minutes. Any more than 1 leave per 250 games will stay at their current level of LPQ Fewer than 1 leave per 250 games will gradually reduce their current level of LPQ (or be unpunished if they have not received LPQ)

Someone who was leaving 1/100 games will have their LPQ stay at 20 for quite a while, as the ratio of leaving is quite high, even after a time spent playing regularly. After you've been hit by LPQ, you will receive LPQ every time you leave until your ratio drops below the threshold.
