Someone added me after a frustrating game, i accepted to see what they wanted. They sent me a quick message saying something along the lines of "kys fa****". he unadded me or blocked me quickly because the chat box disappeared, so i didn't have a chance to screen shot. Just wondering if anyone else been in a situation like this

No no, they didn't add you after a game. They don't have that power. They requested to be added, and you accepted. Why?
You add people at your own risk. Afaik riot doesnt investigate them unless they are direct threats (know where you live gonna kill your family etc)
