Banned from Ranked

I am honestly sick and tired of all these rage quits and dodges in ranked. If you're not interested or easily broken like that then maybe ranked isn't for you. I was wondering why Riot doesn't implement a rule in ranked that permanently black-lists players from playing ranked. For example, if a player dodges 10 ques or afks from 5 games, instead of giving them a lousy time out, just block their IDs from being able to play ranked. Honestly I feel like time out punishments are more suitable for normal. No matter how much RP/IP a player has spent on this game, just disable their ability to play ranked on that ID forever. If that player wishes to play ranked again they must make a new ID and start the whole leveling process over to start ranking. i'm just wondering what other people feel about this?

Because it is much more likely that a leave/afk is accidental, unintentional, or due to an emergency than it is that someone is trolling, intentional feeding, or toxic. The bottom line is there’s no good reliable way to determine if someone had left due to a real life issue, due to computer/internet trouble, or because they were rage quitting, thus Riot gives them the benefit of the doubt.

Keep in mind that they already have to make up the time they wasted for people (minimum of 25 minutes waiting in LPQ, maximum of 100+ depending on how often they’re in it). Basically, they waste your time, they have to make that up for everyone in the game. The punishment fits the crime.

Your comment above should apply to all game types and not just ranked. Why give those same people the ability to go in and then troll norms and other modes after proving themselves not worth the effort in any other mode.

Dodge is a dodge, and quit is a quit no matter the mode. The punishment should be equal.
