I understand that we may occasionally have feeders or be feeders ourselves, however, this person claimed that he was going to intentionally feed prior to the game even starting. I would much rather have a person who would break the verbal aspect of the summoners code but would allow for a win and possibly pick up a chat ban in the end rather than having to deal with a feeder for 15 or more minutes but not receive any lasting penalties through the instant feedback report system.

They don't care.

They instantly chat restrict or ban you if you say one bad word but people can int game after game and nothing happens.

Their stance is the same as always, 0 tolerance but with the catch that Riot has to make sure not to ban players for just going on losing streaks. That's why inting starts with a 14 day ban followed by a permaban as opposed to the chat based punishments, a 10 then 25 game chat restriction then 14 day ban followed by a perma ban.

Again, Riot bans people for inting but no one wants to get that pop up saying they're banned for it when they weren't inting, just having a bad game.

Edit: Submit this to Riot support. No one on the boards can help you with this beyond a random Red.
