i was smurfing for a while to rest a bid from my job and i get that when riot see that you have winning streak they give you so bad players that you cant imagine autofills,lvl 30 begginers...thoughts

How would their levels matter? The only thing that matters is people's MMR and the system typically gets people within the acceptable MMR range within 50 games.
