Well as it seem i have been banned for 14 days because of toxicity of calling my team bad and for one specific player to DIE.But im considered about the 14 days ban because i think its too much because i called him that of constant flaming of me and my team calling us bad and trying to TROW the game.

and yea i dont support flameing. its just weird how everytime i see someone complain about bots for example, the community downvotes them into abyss. why? its a legit problem and we know that riot does nothing against it. or well what they do is kinda pointless.

Bots are a special case. It's EXTREMELY hard to get rid of botting in a game where making accounts is free. If you ban them as soon as they are spotted the bot makers will have an easier time making new bots that don't get banned. If you wait a couple of weeks bot makers wont know how they were detected.
And since botting is such a problem they want to make sure the most popular gamemodes aren't affected too badly.
So it's actually better to let bots infect aram, 3v3 and coop vs ai, because then they wont affect the majority.
In short: Botting is a problem that can't be as easily fixed as people like you think. They have to find a way of limiting the effectiveness of botting in a way that doesn't affect the players. It's complex problem.

flaming back or arguing back just makes the issue bigger, it feeds the original flamer. it's better to be nice or say nothing.
also if you told him to die well if you used the "kys" then that's an automatic 14 day ban because you should never joke or encourage suicide. it's a real problem and riot won't tolerate that kind of language.
