Main account banned due to toxic behavior

[TL;DR at the bottom] So the other day, I played a normal game as Bard Support. About halfway through the game, I get a kill by q'ing blind into a bush. The other guy in the bush chases me and I barely get away. Suddenly, over the wall and through my turret, comes a Yasuo whirlwind. Obviously I have no time to dodge it. He ults and kills me. I say something like "what a %%%" because of course I'm pissed off at him for outplaying me.

Then, the enemy Sona starts getting her team motivated to report me for saying a single three letter word. I think nothing will come of it, so I finish the game, then switch over to YouTube and start listening to some music. I tab back into the game and am greeted with a lovely 14-day ban for a SINGLE THREE LETTER WORD.

I understand Riot's zero-tolerance policy, but a TWO-WEEK BAN on my FIRST OFFENCE for saying a SINGLE THREE LETTER WORD?

I realize I screwed up here. Big time. But does Riot honestly think it's a healthy thing for the game when a three letter word gives you a 336 hour ban? I understand I deserve some form of punishment for my toxicity, but I hardly see I need that harsh of a punishment. I'm going to play on my alt (the account I'm posting this with) until the ban is lifted.

Side note: I have been rude/toxic in games before, but have never been punished for it. I sincerely apologize if any of you readers have been subject to my tilted rage, since I tend to flame and get quite heated up over even a single death. I guess I should stop playing League this much. (in case you're wondering what my main account is, it's called Raymond Amantius.)

Before you downvote, I am agreeing that this is indeed a fair punishment and I do entirely deserve it. Toxic behavior is one of the worst things in the League, and it needs to be stopped at all costs. However I wish Riot showed a bit more leniency towards newer players (been playing for 4 weeks and 1 day as of writing this post) and didn't instantly give them a two-week ban for saying a single insult.

TL;DR I screwed up by saying the magical three letter f word and got an instant two-week ban.

Reason it was a 2 week ban was because it falls under the zero tolerance of hate speech/ encouraging self harm.

Do note after it is over your account will be on thin ice and anything that is a punishable chat offense will result in a permanent ban.

Sucks. How about no for "leniency towards newer players". You should know in life not to be a toxic A-hole but its still out there. Can't keep check in a game then Riot gives you timeouts or bans you. Simple.
