so, pretty much the title, I have a friend that a month ago got resricted 10 games and can't win chests, and another that plays since season 2 and got restricted last year and can't earn chests also.
So how does that work? Once you get baned or restricted you are not elegible to win chests for life or something?
I would apreciate the clarification

You have to prove to the system that you have reformed. Others have claimed it to take roughly 30-40 games of not being validly reported to receive awards again.

FYI there no specific date or game before you can loot again. It completely depend on your behavior.
I was Restricted for 10 games , calm down is not big deal . Everything you need to do is to play 2-3 weeks . I did every day 3 matches and at 13 or 14th day i don't remember i was enable to take key again . Everything you need to do is to not flame that's all. Hmm at the same time i was on low priority cuz in 1 day mine internet stoped 3 time and GEE GEE 5 games on low priority ... That no mean . They looking on Flames only . Like the 2nd guy said you need to do 30-40 without reports
