So i was in a game a league and my mid laner and jungler were verbally harassing me and then when the game was over the client sent me a message saying i was banned. So i logged to see what i did wrong and there was nothing that i said was offensive in it. I've put tons of money into this game just so i could be banned in a game i was the victim???

If you did nothing wrong, then you should probably post your chat logs so that we can better understand the situation, and hopefully elucidate something you're missing for you.
Good that youre permabanned. Your Chatlogs are probably toxic as hell and because you say theres nothing wrong with them, it means you still think you did nothing wrong.
One of the main reasons that we encourage players to post their chat logs here is that us here on the Boards have an unbiased view of the situation. We see only your logs, with your word about what may or may not have happened in the game (if there was a 4v5, bad baron call, team getting aced, etc...) The downside to that for many posters, is that they tend to think "well, you'll never know what those guys were saying to me. It was awful!" That is true. We have no way of knowing what was happening with the other player's chat, but to be honest, we don't need it. Our only concern is helping you.
We go through the logs, without the irritation and anger that you, the player, feel, and look at them with fresh eyes. We run them against the sorts of things that we see in our own matches, and the things that we see in the chat logs of other punished players. After doing this a while, most of us can give you a pretty good idea what caused your punishment, or, can point you in the right direction if it appears to be made in error. It is possible that it was done in error, and in those cases, it can be lessened or even completely removed, depending on the error.
But that first step always comes with us seeing the full chat logs.
More like than not: you tried to defend yourself and thought "Well I cant be punished for defending myself and retaliating and being just as bad as them" Wrong. You got banned for a reason most likely.
Take the common advice and just mute them and move on.

I have read over the logs multiple times to see where the offense was and nothing in it was offensive so I am deleting the game because i want nothing to do with a game that is gonna punish players for being verbally harassed. I hope a Riot employee sees this so they can see how faulty there system is
Being harassed does not give you the right to harass back. Ever.
