Permanently Banned for no reason and no e-mail sent to me.

I was banned yesterday, because two toxic players from the other team continuosly harrased me and my friend. I only responded to them by laughing and saying "get rekt". Afterwards I received two messages at the same time. One said that a player I reported got banned and the other one stated that I am permanently banned. I checked my e-mail and saw no messages regarding this suspension. I have said nothing toxic during that game and I still got banned. Sent a ticket to Riot explaining the whole thing. Is there a possibility of them lifting this undeserved suspension?

So you were ban for toxic behavior, but you wrote in your topic title that you were ban for no reason. That doesn't make sense. Let alone that while these chatlogs are pretty tame you do show signs of Unsportmanlike conduct. Not only that, since this chatlog is pretty long I would assume it would have shown more but couldn't.

Also while you don't mention it here. It's right to assume you were punished beforehand? Because these chatlog shouldn't warrant a permaban right off the bat unless you said something in pre/post game chat. Either that or it would show your reasoning on being ban from your other chatlogs that they didn't show. Remember that the chatlogs only show your recent games. Not all the games you were reported in.

I would say contact support and wait for more proof.

By skimming through the chat logs alone, you seem toxic as fuck.

Also, since this is a permaban, I'd bet that you have been previously punished in the past, but refused to get the hint.

toxic behavior gets permabanned, you are an annoyance to your teammates and enemies, spam izi and ez all the time and pretend to not be toxic because you didnt use any forbidden words. cute. glad to know you´re permabanned.

also, permaban means you got 3 other punishments before, so while this log likely would not get you a 10 game chat restriction, since thats tier 1 in punishments, you are held to higher standards the more you get punished, so they gave you 3 chances and you just ignored them and instead of actually being a decent member of society decided to try to find ways around the rules.

...except "izi/ez" about 20 times. This is unsportsmanlike behavior and this is what got you banned.

There is a summoners code and you clearly broke it, there's no sign you'd change your behaviour because you seem to love saying izi which is just annoying and toxic that you pretend to be better than your opponent so I like that you got banned. Maybe you'll get a little wiser from this, but somehow I expect you won't.

Some of this can be viewed as mildly toxic. But I've seen a lot worse on people who don't even get suspended. Kind of dumb really. For what it's worth, Riot has threatened to ban my forum account for occasional uses of Japanese despite nothing at all in the rules about using non-English languages on the forum. I could understand it if I were making full Japanese posts, but all I'm doing is tossing in words here and there that there are no logical English translation for.

Pretty sure their ToS say that any account suspended will not be un-suspended for any reason whatsoever. But I could be wrong
