Life threat in a game

Hello guys so yesterday i was playing lol and someone was flaming me for no reason so i muted him after the game he gave me a life threat so i was not intimidated by him but i wanted to ensure that this guy will get banned so i posted this: https://boards.euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/help-support-en/wEpI514d-life-threat-in-a-game in tech support forum becasue i could not post here for some reason and i even submitted a ticket at Riot support as you can see here : https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/33190993?flash_digest=374a9209e24c89622e72fa2b416035d97e78258d . Posted it on Facebook and obviously reported this guy in game. This morning i woke up and found up unfortunately that this guy is not banned he is still playing and this is disturbing me because in my opinion taking someones life because of a game is crossing the line and he is completely unpunished i am not sure why so you clearly see in the link i added how he said that he would shoot me for wasting hes oxygen so if this goes unpunished i lost my trust in the so called summoner code and Tribunal punishment system... i Just want Riot employees to see this post and handle this so we would have a better community.
