Got permabanned - jungler showed up and spam pushed everyone's waves over and over

Pretty unbelievable to get banned over this. The guy admits at the end he has only played 20 hours in the game. Everyone else on the team is spamming him to stop pushing their waves.

I even asked my teammates how do we get this guy to stop doing this?

You didn't even try to diffuse the situation or reason with him. Right from the jump you started acting hostile, threatened to take his entire jungle, and then moved on to insulting him later in the game.

If you were permanently banned for this game that means you had multiple prior punishments in the form of chat restrictions and a 14-day gameplay suspension. This behavior is unacceptable and that was made clear to you on multiple occasions.

Someone being new or bad doesn't give you permission to be an asshole to them. Being new or being bad aren''t against the rules. Treating your teammates badly is.
