How do some people feed even after having full vision of the map with a billion wards

My jungle item, Its trackers knife, I am constantly warding both sides of your lane so you would be safe, You still feed the enemy jungler Yi and proceed to flame me, Watch the mini map and buy a vision ward(i am not your babysitter) and if you are 0/3 its not a good idea to play agro. Mid laners forever QQ

Its commonly called tunneling. Person doesnt watch map or anything else except his own champion.

Actually people still die even if I'm ping tracking the enemy. Tunnel vision is real.
