Add a Title boosters, advertisements, scammers, and illicit content

So im writing this because i believe league has a problem with people who go into games advertising sexual content and or paid boosting, it is to my belief that this content is inappropriate and also makes the game less fun for people. This should exclude advertisements in all chat about twitch streams and other game streaming content, however any pornographic, sexual in nature, and illicit steaming should not be advertised. I get enough ads on my phone tv websites and other places and i play league to escape that kind of stuff so im seeing who else agrees with me and maybe help convince riot to crackdown on this kind of behavior. I mean people can play on smurfs and shit on me all they want but i really hate it when someone goes on a third party website to pay someone to boost them just doesn't seem fair and it undermines the work that riot has done to build their matchmaking elo system so if there is a place on the reports that you can check that would suffice and help greatly thank you.
