Riot needs to let you report people in champ select or rework the queue dodging system

People can be ridiculously toxic in champ select and the victim will be the one who has to dodge and then get punished for it. I queued up and got mid, the bot lane and jungler queued up together. The adc asked me for mid and was being really pushy about it, i said no. So then the adc banned my champ, i chose my secondary pick, the support banned my champ, then i picked another one and the jungler banned my last pick. And since they were threatening to keep trolling i had to dodge and i got punished for it, fucking bullshit. Same thing happened, someone said mid or feed and he locked in urgot cleanse and barrier, i had to dodge again. And i got punished. There at least needs to be a champion select report function to get people to stop doing this. Someone shouldnt have to wait through an entire game to report someone for toxicity in champ select. Who cares about a support singed, riot needs to get their shit together and fix this.
