Just ran into a Kha'zix who was pissed off about something, started flaming and then grabbed flash ignite and said that he was the midlaner. I'd bet money he was going to feed if I hadn't dodged. There should be some kind of an official button for dodging, where you'd still lose your LP or promos or whatever, but also a feedback option to explain why you dodged or a report thing so these dweebs get penalized. :( Also nerf Taliyah please <3

This definitely needs to happen. If someone were to even call you a ton of racial insults you would still have to go through the trouble of submitting a support ticket to handle it.
I think you should be permabanned for dodging by causing the other 9 players to waste 3-5 mins of their life.
